Super eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Aussicht war genial und man konnte wirklich toll auf der Terrasse sitzen. Für direkte Sicht auf die Sonnenuntergänge ist leider das Gelände/Haus des Nachbarn im Blickfeld, aber die Stimmung und das Licht hatten wir ja trotzdem. Das Lüften der Wohnung ist durch die vielen großen Fenster sehr einfach und dadurch kann man abends schnell für eine angenehm kühle Wohnung sorgen. Der Kontakt war immer schnell und super freundlich, sowohl mit der Vermieterin wie auch mit der Betreuerin der Wohnung. Als der Toaster den Geist aufgegeben hat, wurde umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt. Ruim appartement op toplocatie in een zeer rustig gebied! Zicht op zee is onbetaalbaar. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw die met vers fruit als welkomstgeschenk kwam. Zeker een aanrader voor wie ervan houdt om de drukke stad even te vermijden.

Nice, clean and comfy apartment. Has everything you may need for a couple of days. The area is really quiet and you have a super nice view from the balcony! Perfect to enjoy a glass of Madeira wine in the evening! The owner of the house is so nice and lovely - as well as Dalilah, who gave lots of recommendations! We had a lovely stay in Prazeres :)
The apartment has a beautiful view over the ocean and is located in an extremely peaceful location in Prazeres. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafés close by, although some of them close around 6-8 PM, so options to dine out late near by are a bit limited. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay except for some small inconveniences such as lack of softer pillows or hand washing soap in the washroom and dish washing liquid in the kitchen (but there was dishwasher soap to be fair). Thankfully we had a car, so a trip to the supermarket was easy. Having a car is strongly recommended to anyone staying here. Mauria was very nice to us and gave us some tips about nearby cafés, etc. Anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in Madeira, far from the noise of the city should go for it.

The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Everything was very well maintained and in good shape. You especially have to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the very nice owner and the mediation agency. Simply nice people, where you feel right at home right away. It was great that fresh rolls, jam, sausage, a bottle of wine and much more were ready at late arrival in the evening. Everything was very organized! The apartment in the second floor was very nice and I had a great stay there. This place is definitely a very good choice when visiting the western part of Madeira. What surprised me a bit was how far away from almost everything Prazeres is, that was not clear to me when checking on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps. It takes quite some time to even get to Prazeres and it's quite hard to leave, especially early in the morning or late in the evening. Next time I go to this part of the island, definitely with a car.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Prazeres. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und Dalila war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Außerdem hat sie uns auch noch ein paar hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben, wo wir was in der Nähe finden können. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles :)
It was a very nice apartment in a quiet little town. Everything was clean and when we arrived our host brought us a welcoming basket with some food and drinks, that was very nice! The view is also wonderful. The only thing is that the street is very steep so watch out when you go park your car. Other than that we had a great stay.
The small apartment in Prazeres got everything what you need to enjoy some nice quiet days in Madeira. A supermarket andbakery is 5 min walk away, you can reach everything on the western half of the island in 30 to 40 minutes by car. the apartment was very clean, the owner provided us with some fruits from her garden, milk coffee and vine in the fridge. overall it was a pleasant stay, we would come back at any time.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen geräumigen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Als Willkommensgeschenk erwarteten uns eine Flasche Wein, ein Korb mit Obst und Gemüse sowie frische Blumen. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sowie das Check in und Check out haben super geklappt. Lediglich eine Matratze für das Babybett und Seife im Bad hätten wir uns gewünscht. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Airbnb jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Excellent location for exploring the island of Madeira particularly by car. The apartment is modern, meticulously clean and in pristine condition with a great view out over the ocean with a veranda furnished to enjoy the sunny southerly aspect. Prezeres provides within walking distance Bars , Cafes and restaurants . A homely feel is provided by the lady underneath who provided us with flowers and vegetables from her garden and also the company of her cats . A great place to stay.
Un appartement spacieux, lumineux, tout équipé et très propre. Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la partie ouest de Madère. Dalila nous a réservé un très bon accueil et parle un anglais parfait. Nous recommandons vivement !
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. It is clean and new, has all needed kitchen appliances and everything else you might need for a comfortable stay. The host is very welcoming - she brought us a bag of food upon our arrival which was so nice of her:-))

We had the NICEST stay at this apartment. It was so modern, spacious and clean. Beds were SO comfortable and we had the best sleep every night. We were welcomed with the most amazing welcome package from Dalila who is a lovely host. She gave us recommendations and made sure we had a good stay in the town of Prazeres. This little local town is perfect to stay in and still in a great location to explore the island with a car. The local vibe with cheaper pricers than Funchal was unmatched. I actually preferred our stay here in comparison to Funchal. There are beaches nearby, hikes close by and the view of the sea from the balcony was incredible. We had breakfast out on the balcony every morning and watched the sunset every night from the comfort of the apartment. 10/10, would highly recommend!!! When we come back to the beautiful island of Madeira we will be staying here again.

Ruhige, saubere Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Alles neu eingerichtet. Parkplatz vorhanden und auch mit schwach motorisiertem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Kl. Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe. Super netten Empfang durch Inhaberin. Kann Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde wieder dort buchen.
