Perfect location for the start of our trip in Funchal and excellent reception!

This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set over the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool area has a very pretty and comfortable seating area. The apartment itself is very nice. The bed is big and comfortable, and the sliding glass doors onto the private patio make it very bright and cheery. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions for nearby hikes. This is the ideal location for exploring the western part of the island.

Ces studios tout équipés sont situés sur les flancs du village de Prazeres, très calme et joli. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se retirer et apprécier le calme de la campagne avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan. La piscine est superbe et notre hôte Daniel est super sympa et réactif. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Lieu tout simplement fantastique ! Tout y est. La vue sur la mer est somptueuse, la piscine superbe et ne parlons pas du jardin qui est juste magnifique. Parfait pour se relaxer, c'est calme, reposant, vous pouvez facilement sillonner toute l'île depuis Prazeres. Appartement suffisamment équipé pour nos besoins. Et n'oublions pas de parler de l'hospitalité de nos hôtes : agréables et de bons conseils, merci ! Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits, beaucoup trop court ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Just book this place! One of the best Airbnbs we stayed it. Clean, super well equipped, beautiful garden area, pool at 24-27 degrees in May (the minimun is always 24). The location is a bit further outside, but if you are looking for a bit of privacy and a quiet area you will be very happy. Communication was very well. I can 100% recommend this place and the hosts.

On a passé un super séjour chez Sill Vario, l'endroit est très calme très propre, Superbe vue sur l'océan. Si vous aimez les animaux la c'est la total vous avez 5 chats et une vache dans le jardin.

We traveled as a couple, first time at Madeira, and enjoyed your stay at Silvério's and Daniel's place a lot! really quiet, nice location, well equipped apartment, great style, super nice hosts!

Great appartment with everything you need for a relaxed stay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The only downside is that it is quite far from the main activities on the island. If you plan to be out and about everyday it might be worth getting a place closer to Funchal. If you wanna relax near the appartment or at the pool it is a perfect spot!

It was great -- we really enjoyed every second of it. The view is amazing, Daniel & Silvério are so kind and hospitable, the studio has everything you need, including a nice bath & shower and a very good (and big!) bed. Wish we stayed here longer! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This apartment is absolutely amazing!!! The view is breathtaking and we will definitely come back! Silvério and Daniel are the nicest hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality. The apartment itself has everything you need, big bathroom, even a bathtub, kitchen with mostly everything you need (no oven though). Some little details for a well equipped kitchen could be beneficial (like a potato peeler, small sharp knife e.g.) but we managed without them just fine! The bed is super comfortable and we even got a second blanket at request. The pool is amazing, definitely refreshing in the colder months (January) but worth the swim! There are a lot of cats walking around, if you want to play with them you can, if you don't they will leave you alone if you tell them ;) All in all: We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a quite and relaxing atmosphere!

L'endroit est juste fabuleux pour passer des vacances paisibles et au calme. La piscine est un vrai plus (avec une vue magnifique). Les hôtes sont très gentils et disponibles pour toute demande. Nous avons passés de superbes vacances, allez y les yeux fermés !

We were super happy with this place! It has a very peaceful atmosphere. If you enjoy a quiet and relaxing surrounding, this is a great choice. The flowers smell beautifully and there is direct view onto the ocean. The owners are also on this property and they are very nice and sweet. They were very helpful when we needed assistance. Very recommendable!

Nice cozy place!

We had an excellent stay in the Orchid studio with our toddler. We enjoyed great sunset views from our patio whilst having our dinner. The studio was spotless. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We had pool was clean and warm with great views to enjoy. Our host, Silverio, was always keen to help and gave us helpful tips about the area. He came across more as a friend rather than a host and we had a few interesting chats. We wish him the very best.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. So well kept, clean, great location. The place has everything that you may need for a short or long stay, and we'll definitely be back. They answered really fast when our flight was canceled and had to checkin in a few hours. So happy we found this little treasure on the island.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful and functional apartment. The apartment offers everything one could wish for, has a great view over the coast (if it's clear), and a very nice pool area. The hosts were very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out, and they gladly helped out with small issues like ordering food in the evening when we arrived. Would definitely come back if we visit Madeira again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautifully clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views, particularly at sunset, were gorgeous. The pool area was lovely, although the weather was a little cold to try the pool. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. The local supermarket and bakery were very useful and the bigger supermarket and marina restaurants at Calheta very good. We hired e-bikes on 2 days from the cycle shop by the supermarket and Jeremy was very helpful. You need a car for the stay which is worth it regardless if you want to enjoy the scenery and walks. If you enjoy the outdoors, natural beauty, walking, cycling, great views and don't mind lots of hills, Madeira is well worth visiting and this accommodation is recommended.

The Quinta Inácia was a magical place to stay in, with pure peace and serenity by the ocean. Daniel and Silvério have been an excellent host, besides the pool and the blossoming garden, providing us with rainbows (literally) and rare views of the stars, and not least with unique stories and insights of the island.

Das Appartment hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen und wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Silverio und Daniel. Die beiden Gastgeber waren so gastfreundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht vom Appartment und vom Pool einfach unglaublich. Das Gelände ist liebevoll mit tausenden von Blumen angelegt, man sieht nur Blumen, den Atlantik und die Nachbarskühe. Erholung pur! Hier wollte man gar nicht mehr weg!

We spent 5 nights at Quinta Inacia. We were there with our 1 year-old son and we had amazing time there! The whole property is well taken care of by its owners, we took opportunity of the heated infinity pool almost every day as it was sunny all day long and quite warm even though it was February. The owners were great, very friendly and helpful. Prazeres is a lovely village with several hiking trails, few restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket and nice people so there was no need to travel anywhere else. The acommodation was super-comfortable for our family - it had all we needed plus the breath-taking views of the Atlantic ocean. Quinta Inacia is a place which we will definitely recommend to our friends and where we hope to come back to.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles in der Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und durchdacht. Die Ausstattung zum kochen ist perfekt. Wir bekamen sogar einen Strauß von frischen Kräutern. Was für eine gute Idee. Es war perfekt und entspannt. Wir sind einfach begeistert.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Studio von Daniel und Silverio. Die beiden haben sich ein sehr schönes Anwesen gebaut mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool ist ein Traum und ihre Gastfreundschaft überragend: sie waren stets ansprechbar und super offen! Auch ihre drei Katzen haben uns unseren Aufenthalt noch versüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Silverio is a really friendly and hospitable man. He will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The studio is nicely decorated, exactly as on the photos. It is clean and the views are breathtaking. Since the weather wasn't too good when we where there we were'nt able to enjoy the swimmingpool, but that must be great as well! I would recommend to stay here.
