Magnifique lotissement avec de belles villas. Vue magnifique
et piscine à débordement incroyable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Für einen 12-tägigen Urlaub haben wir zu dritt die Sunset
Cliff Villa Nr. 7 gemietet. Die Unterkunft entsprach im Großen und
Ganzen unsere Erwartungen. Die Betten waren etwas härter als
gewöhnlich aber dennoch bequem. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen
sind in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Die Küche
ist leider etwas spärlich ausgestattet (wenig Besteck etc.). Bei
den Duschen vermisst man die Schiebetüren. Der Ausblick macht diese
kleinen Manko dann aber wieder wett. Besonders abends hat man einen
wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick über die Küste und das Meer während die
Sonne im Ozean versinkt. Auch der Pool hat uns besonders gut
gefallen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft
weiterempfehlen!

Amazing stay! Accomodation is better than the listing (flat 7). Quiet, beautiful sunsets, gorgeous coast view over Paul do Mar. Accomodation was spotless, well kitted out with everything you need - and some extras. Lovely pool, perfect after a strenous hike on the epic trails. Definitely worth the travel to be out of town in the quiet and beautiful corner of Madeira. Hosts were beyond superd - responsive and helpful with any queries! Highly recommended. We loved the breathtaking views and peacefull location away
from touristy hustle and bustle. Local shops and restaurants a
short drive away but not much in a walking distance, which we
actually preferred. It's so quiet and beautiful. There are 7
villas, each detatched and not overlooked by neighbours, and an
amazing pool area. Everything done to a high, modern finish. House
was spacious, really clean and well equipped. There was everything
you might think of, including a tumble dryer which is very
thoughtful and useful considering weather on Madeira. Super
comfortable beds (lovely firm mattresses) and the best memory foam
pillows. Bliss! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunset Cliff Villas
to friends and family.

This large, ultra-modern house in western Madeira was the
perfect luxury oasis for our vacation. The entire home is sparkling
clean and the layout is incredibly spacious and bright. The
highlight was definitely the amazing pool and terrace area with
breathtaking views over the coast. While the house had most
essentials, I'd recommend bringing some extra consumables like
shampoo, and sugar as the stock was a bit low during our stay. But
that was a very minor issue. Overall, this property exceeded our
expectations. The house's location was ideal for exploring the
island's beautiful west side. I can't say enough about how stunning
this place is. If you're looking for a high-end home for a relaxing
Madeira escape, you can't go wrong here.

Such a beautiful stay! Everything was super clean! The host
was always responsive quick with any issues. Very nice spot, fair
warning nothing in the area for food, the closest food spots would
be in Calheta which is about 20 minutes out from the place! If

This is the most spectacular place I've ever stayed at. The
view is just incredible and the house is modern, luxurious and
sparkling clean. Also nice to be greeted by the host in person. It
has my highest recommendations. However be aware that it's quite
rural and there are no stores, bars or restaurants nearby, and only
few and basic ones in the nearest villages.

We had a huge apartment (no7) for two people, but we loved it
as it was a 2 story apartment with a home feel to it. The views of
the ocean and shoreline from the bedrooms are stunning. Although we
did not use the pool because it was freezing cold, it is still a
nice area to just sit and take in the view. The host, Linda, was
super friendly and quick to reply to our questions. 100% would
return :)

Das Haus und die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen weit
überttroffen. Alles hat bestens funktioniert und die Übergabe war
perfekt. Der Ausblick vom Haus und vom Pool ist nicht mehr zu
übertreffen. Es gibt lediglich ein Restaurant dass fußläufig zu
erreichen ist. Deshalb ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Die Anlage
ist total ruhig. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm.

What a beautiful place to stay in Madeira. Very close to Paul
do Mar, Jardim and Calheta. The house was very clean. Everything
was at disposal. The view is astonishing. The swimming pool was a
bit cold but still enjoyable on the best sunny days. The only
negative thing was the humidity inside the house. With its
closeness to the sea I believe it's hard to be otherwise. I would
definitely recommend to stay there if you enjoy being in a quite
place with a great view after long days of surfing and
hiking.

Antónioperfect place to stay and relax. There are several viewing point all over Madeira but once you're here you don't need to go to these points anymore. The views are fantastic from your own terrace, balcony and even the swimming pool. The apartment has everything, even two bathrooms and a kitchen with everything included. Also a washing machine and dryer. Everything is brand new and clean. This place is i think the most value for money as well.

Thank you!Unser Aufenthalt hätte an diesem Ort und in dieser Location nicht schöner sein können. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alle technischen Geräte wurden von Juan ausführlich erklärt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Willkommens-Imbiss, Wasser und Wein. Das hat die Stimmung bei unserer Ankunft gleich nochmal sehr gehoben. Lidia brachte uns zwischendurch auch frische Bananen vorbei. Fabelhaft, direkt von der Plantage. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick beflügelt die Sinne. Wir würden jederzeit wieder an diesen schönen Ort zurück kehren. Ein Mietauto ist auf alle Fälle erforderlich. Thank you for your kind words!Traumhafte Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer. Komplett neues Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Einrichtung. Große Terrasse und großer Balkon jeweils zur Meerseite gelegen. Ausrichtung nach Süden = Sonne den ganzen Tag über! Sehr guter Empfang und Service durch Lidia und Juan. Leider hatte ich nur 3 Tage Zeit, beim nächsten Mal bleibe ich garantiert länger!
