A small note: Villa No. 1 has taller shrubs in the garden than
shown in the photos. This may be an issue for guests expecting an
open view of the surroundings and ocean from the ground level. On
the other hand, the higher greenery provides greater privacy, which
some guests might find appealing. Great place to spend a few days
or weeks :)

I'm not sure where to start. This was the absolute BEST Airbnb
I have ever stayed in. Saying it was luxurious and stunning is an
understatement. Everything was high end, it was spotless the beds
were beyond comfortable. Dealing with the check in company was a
breeze. The VIEW IS STUNNING Don't hesitate to book this place. It
was so quiet my ears were ringing Thank you for everything Sunset

We absolutely loved our villa! We couldn't believe that the
whole house was for our selve, when we checked in. So it's worth
every cent! We loved: The cats around The view The peacefulness The
perfect equipped kitchen Washingmachine + dryer! How easy and
trustworthy the hosts handled everything. Small improvements: The
house felt a little humid Everytime we turned on water it made some
strange noise - for few days it's ok if we would have stayed more
than a week it would bother a little bit. Soap/ shampoo in the
shower Besides that we would come back in a minute! Thanks so much!

Diese Unterkunft war einfach grandios! Villa 6 hat von allen
die beste Lage und Aussicht. Ganz nah am Pool und von den Terrassen
hat man einen Blick zum Pool, der Ortschaft, den Felsen und dem
Meer - einfach traumhaft. Die Einfahrt ist relativ steil, nicht
abschrecken lassen. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor den Villen.
Süße und zutraulich Katzen laufen herum (passt auf, dass sie sich
nicht mit ins Haus schleichen). Der Check-In war super
unkompliziert und die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Wir kommen
definitiv wieder und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren 4 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und wären gerne länger
geblieben. Am Tag haben wir diverse Sachen (Wandern, Bootstour,
etc.) unternommen und am Abend hatten wir sozusagen den Pool für
uns alleine. Für die Ausflüge und Anreise braucht man grundsätzlich
ein Mietauto, aber dies ist ja fast überall auf Madeira so. :) Die
Matratzen waren etwas hart, aber sonst alles super.

Dieses AirBnB ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Sowohl das
Appartement als auch die Anlage ist modern, gepflegt und sehr
schön. Von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Die

One of the best places in the Island. We had a great view from
our balcony. Made good use of the pool area. The place was spacious
for our group and it had all the essentials and more. The host
texted us before arriving to coordinate the check in. The host was
very responsive to all our questions any time. We definitely
recommend staying here if you're visiting Madeira and if you're
looking for a relaxed getaway. The host gave lots of local
recommendations like restaurants, which helped us. We're definitely
coming back.

mehr Besteck und Teller bzw Gläser haben uns gefehlt. Die Betten
sind optisch sehr schön, allerdings sind die Matratzen sehr hart.

A szállás gyönyörű volt, szebb mint a képeken. Tiszta
volt,csendes, csodás kilátással az óceánra és a tágas medencére! A
konyha jól felszerelt, a nappaliban kényelmes kanapé és kényelmes

Wonderful view at sunset. The house was very nice and well
equipped. You need a car to get here but you will find yourself in
a very peaceful place with a stunning view of the ocean. The view
of the sunrise colors on the ocean from the bed in the morning was
priceless.

La casa es una pasada, la piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles
y la disfrutamos casi todos los días. La vivienda es tal cual como
se ve en las fotos. Lo que quizás le faltaba era un aire
acondicionado para estar mas fresquitos por las noches. Los
anfitriones facilitan un ventilador por cada habitación. En todo
momento han sido súper atentos y amables, dando siempre solución a
cualquier problema que pudiéramos encontrar. Recomendamos pasar
unos días en esta vivienda, porque es una experiencia única. Lo

Bon séjour dans un appartement propre, bien équipé et
possédant toute les commodités. Du balcon on a une très belle vue
sur la piscine et l'océan. L'accessibilité à l'appartement est
facile (parking pour voiture) et la proximité immédiate à la
piscine est un plus. Néanmoins. cette proximité de la piscine
altère la quiétude du lieu dans la journée ce qui est un peu
dommage et peut être gênant. La situation de l'appartement dans
cette petite résidence est bonne et sans vis vis sauf des personnes
se trouvant à la piscine. Notre accueil fut bon et accompagné de
bonnes explications sur le logement et les activités à faire
autour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Tolle ruhige Lage und der Ausblick und Pool, kaum zu übertreffen.
Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und die Wohnung war mit allem was
man braucht ausgestattet: große Küche, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer,
Wohnzimmer, Aussenbereich mit Grill und Sonnenschirm. Waschmaschine
und Trockner. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

on hand. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and very clean The
views are breathtaking. It's essential to have a car as it is up in
the mountains but everywhere is easily accessible.

This is an amazing place. First of all, the views are crazy.
Probably the best views I've ever had in an airbnb. It's brand new,
spotless, and beautiful. Very comfortable beds, modern clean
bathrooms, very nice towels (rare in airbnb's), nice kitchen, 2
balconies off the lovely bedrooms and a huge terrace. Gorgeous
shared swimming pool. We had plans to visit nearby sites, but we
didn't move the whole 3 days, it's that stunning. Things to be
aware of: the condo is not right off the parking lot, there are
several stairs and a long walk to the condo, so if you have lots of
baggage, be aware of that. Also, there is no heating or a/c. There
are movable heaters that I'm sure work well, and fans. We didn't
need them, we stayed in March and the weather was beautiful. I wish
there were mattress pads on the beds, it was kind of strange to
sleep on a bed with just a sheet over the mattress. However, the
beds are super comfy.

spettacolari mai viste (soprattutto in relazione al prezzo pagato).

Wonderful place to stay! The apartment is very clean,

also the apartment has a private mini garden with place for bbq -

Our stay at the villa was so comfortable and pleasant. It's a
beautiful and clean space, and the surrounding area is
breathtaking. The location allowed us to easily take fun day trips
then return to the villa to relax by the pool and enjoy the
stunning view. Lidia and Juan were so pleasant and made check in
very smooth. We really appreciated Lidia's restaurant and activity
recommendations. We would love to return in the near future!

Lidia is a great host, she provided us with everything we need
during our stay. The villa 6 is one o the best located and is
equiped with everything you need even for a long stay. We stood 4
days in a prestigious 5* hotel in Chaleta but Sunset Cliff villa
cannot match it. I highly recommand this stay you wont regret it a
second. Nothing bad to say so it worth the 5* rating 100%.

Fijn huis, heerlijk zwembad, mooi uitzicht, handig dat de
tuin afgesloten is met een hek voor kleine kinderen (huis 6). Je
hebt wel een auto nodig in het gebied, leuk om de omgeving te
verkennen. En er is vlakbij een leuke wandeling naar de kust.

keuken volledig voorzien van kookgerij. 2 badkamer, wasmachine..
Heel ruim! Het zicht van aan het zwembad is fenomenaal! Beneden in

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Anlage ist erst kurz in Betrieb
und alles neu. Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend, auch wenn
uns auch in der Küche einige Kleinigkeiten fehlten. Aber wir haben
diesbezüglich auch überdurchschnittliche Ansprüche. Als einziges
hätten wir eine etwas gemütlicher Beleuchtung im EG gewünscht.
Abends konnte nur die Deckenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet werden. Die
beiden Hosts waren super toll. Sie haben uns mit Tipps und Links
sehr geholfen und uns auch 2 kleine Töpfe kurzerhand gekauft, als
wir nachfragten, ob wir einen kleinen Topf für Eier bekommen
konnten. Insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden
Fall wieder kommen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und definitiv für
Reisende geeignet, die wandern und Ruhe suchen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, toller Ausblick. Top
Kommunikation. Wir wurden von Lidia empfangen, sie hat uns alles
gezeigt sowie viele nützliche Infos zukommen lassen. In der
Unterkunft hat uns eine Madeira Postkarte mit lieben Grüßen
empfangen, sowie Wein und ein super leckeres traditionelles Brot.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man muss bedenken, dass es im Februar
noch recht kalt werden kann und es dann abends und morgens etwas
frisch wird ohne Heizung und auch die Wasserzufuhr davon abhängt.
Wir konnten damit leben für die paar Tage ;-). Ein Mietwagen ist
zum Erreichen erforderlich und man sollte sich nicht auf das Auto
Navi verlassen, wir hatten mit (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps deutlich
mehr Erfolg. Alles in Allem auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Ebenso wurden wir herzlich
willkommen und dies trotz kurzfristiger Buchung an einem Sonntag.
Die Ferienwohnung lädt zum ruhigen verweilen ein. Es ist alles da,
was man braucht: jede Menge Decken für eventuell kühle Abende,
Küche mit allem drum und dran, schnelles (!) Internet, gemütliche
Sofaecke und Pool mit phantastischer Aussicht direkt vor der
Tür.
