lokalizacja do podróży samochodem. Na samym dole miasta świetny
lokalny bar z najlepszą ponchą i nikitą jakie piliśmy na Maderze!
Sam apartament bardzo ładny i czysty. Zaopatrzony był we wszystkie
niezbędne rzeczy. Spędizliśmy tu 4 noce. Miejsce idealne na
większej gupy znajomych podróżujących razem, którzy chca się
zatrzymać obok siebie, ponieważ ten kompleks domków idealnie na to
pozwala. Do dyspozycji gości basen, leżaki, strefa w ogórdku (kazdy
domek ma swój). Jedynie właściciele mogliby dać więcej kapsułek do
ekspresu do kawy, bo na 2 osoby na 4 dni dostaliśmy zeledwie 3
kapsułki. Bardzo polecamy! :)

Nous avons adorée cette région plus éloignée mais très
accessible pour les randonnées et activités. Nous avions le
meilleur des mondes de se retrouver en tranquillité après une
journée bien remplie. Il y a des supermarché à moins de 10 minutes.
Des belles randonnées à 30 minutes d'auto. La vue est magnifique
avec des coucher de soleils chaque soir en toute intimité. Le loyer
est impeccable. Et Lidia et Juan sont très accueillant. Il répondre
rapidement à nos besoins.

Die Unterkunft und die gesamte Anlage haben es sehr leicht
gemacht, sofort in den Urlaubsmodus zu schalten. Wir sind etwas
früher angekommen und konnten dank freundlicher Hilfe von Lidia
schon ein wenig früher einchecken - nicht selbstverständlich. Die
Villa und der Garten mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer sind perfekt,
um sich gut zu erholen. Es ist super gepflegt, man hat alles, was
man braucht und mehr (z. B. Waschmaschine und Trockner). Der Pool
ist sehr schön, es stehen liegen und Schirme bereit (genau wie in
unserem Garten). Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt. Die Lage ist schön,
um aus einer ruhigeren Ecke die gesamte Insel zu erkunden (ca. 50
min von Funchal entfernt). Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich
fürs einkaufen, Touren und sonstige Erkundigungen (Parkplatz am
Haus vorhanden). Der nächste Ort am Meer, Paul do Mar, ist schön,
um am Meer etwas zu essen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Empfehlung: Maktub Pub und Bar O Ideal. Vielen Dank für die tolle

Wir hatten eine gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die
Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und so schlau gebaut, dass jeder seine
Privatsphäre hat. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind einmalig gut. Zwei
Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine
Auswahl von Restaurants und Bars gibt es unten im Ort. Das Auto
sollte man dafür aber schon nutzen. Wir sind einmal zu Fuß den
kurzen Wanderweg runter und über die Straße zurück, dass war für
August bei praller Sonne keine so gute Idee. Alles in Allem eine
super Unterkunft mit grandiosem Blick und tollem Pool.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Allem, was man für einen schönen
Urlaub braucht. Check-in und Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert.
Die Ausstattung im Haus und auf der Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche
offen und der Pool war immer einen Besuch wert. Wenn wieder Urlaub

Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Lage. Ein wahnsinnig
schöner Ausblick von den Schlafzimmern und der hübsch angelegten
Terrasse aus. Der Poolbereich ist auch sehr sauber und schön
gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und man findet soweit
alles was man braucht in der Unterkunft. Tankstellen und gut
aufgestellte Supermärkte sind etwas weiter weg gelegen (waren in
Calheta einkaufen, ca 15min Fahrt) und Tanken (ca 7min Fahrt). Wir
haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind mit unser 2 jährigen Tochter
dort gewesen.

Villa No.5 was in a beautiful spot overlooking the see and the
nearest town Paul do Mar. The villa is very quiet, the kitchen was
very well stocked with utensils and pans. The pool was beautiful.
We had a lovely stay and I would stay again if we came back to
Madeira. The village of Faja da Ovelha doesn't have much. So you
will defenatly need a car to get around. We can recommend a great
bar in Paul do Mar called Bar de Pedra o Poleiro, about a 10 minute
drive. The cocktails are fabulous and it's a great please to watch
sunset.

We stayed during winter. The place has heaters and ac and a
dedicated drier for clothing which is a big advantage. The was too
cold for swimming when there is no sun. Has some amazing cats
living around the property! One thing to improve is provide enough
dishwasher tablets and garbage bags.

The villa was fully equipped and perfect. The view was
absolutely amazing from the little garden, and from the balcony
too. The villas are separated from each other, so no one can

This place is one of the Madeira's gems. Truly stunning views.
Quiet neighborhood, the island is quite compact, so its easy to
reach just anywhere. The entire place looks at least as good as on
pictures. Lidia was an amazing host, very friendly and very
helpful. Lidia's recommendations of where to eat or to get a coffee
were also perfectly on spot. This was one of our best stays. We
will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, and

Amazing infinity pool & clean, modern villa. Location is a
bit further away from most things to do, but if you want to spend a
lot of your time relaxing by the pool it is perfect. Pool is not

Met de zeer uitgebreide beschrijving was de locatie prima te
vinden. We hadden een erg gastvrije, vriendelijke ontvangst. Het
huis was brandschoon en prachtig. Het lag op een schitterende plek
met een geweldig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in
het huis. Wij verbleven langer dan een week en daarom werden de
handdoeken en beddengoed na een week gewisseld. De infinity pool
was fantastisch met een adembenemend uitzicht. Het huis ligt op een
rustige plek. Je hebt geen last van andere gasten. Je hebt wel een
huurauto nodig om op de locatie te komen en om naar bijvoorbeeld de
supermarkt en andere plaatsen te gaan. De afstanden naar de
bezienswaardigheden op het eiland zijn prima te doen. Kortom: wij
zijn superenthousiast en zouden iedereen deze accommodatie
aanbevelen. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Madeira zouden wij hier
graag weer verblijven.

La localisation est fantastique, nous avions une superbe vue
sur l'océan depuis le jardin et la chambre. C'est également très
calme, propice au repos. Sunset Cliff est intéressant pour rayonner
sur la côte sud et même aller jusqu'à Porto Moniz sans trop de
difficultés. Accessibilité à pas mal de randonnées, notamment la
boucle de Paul do Mar que l'on peut faire directement en partant à
pieds de la location. La maison possède tout le nécessaire
(vaisselle, condiments cuisines, un peu de lessive...) c'est très
agréable. Très bon accueil. Un séjour parfait :)

We stayed for one week in February and wanted a quiet,
comfortable place to start our daily tours. Driving around on the
island and seeing so many places we believe the Sunset Cliff Villas
to be one of the most beautiful place to stay in Madeira with
scenic views and a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The villas
provide everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable
too, not too soft, and had a stunning view out onto the ocean.
Although there was no heating (in the evenings there were about
10-12 degrees Celsius outside), there were so many cozy blankets,
so we never got cold (we didn't use the provided electric heater).
Our host Lidia was wonderful and answered our texts within minutes.
If we ever would come back to Madeira, the Sunset Cliff Villas
would be the place to stay.

Lidia was an amazing host! Responded very quickly, and was
very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super
detailed and helpful. A well-presented good size apartment, very
clean, and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. The
property is exactly the same as shown in the photos, the view of
the sea is breathtaking! There is a long distance from some
attractions, so I do recommend you rent a car, as there are a few

We had an amazing 25th anniversary celebration in
Madeira. We had never been before, but this property provided the
necessary privacy while also providing a short drive to necessary
amenities. The roads are steep and may be a bit of a challenge, but

We enjoyed a couple of days off and it felt great. We will for sure come back. Plus, the infinity pool is a really nice place to chill and to enjoy the sunset (or actually just enjoy the entire day). We definitely recommend it to everyone! Juan is really helpful and available when needed which is also very nice.

Die Begleitung der Agentur, die tolle Grundausstattung des Hauses und die wunderbare Ruhe in wirklich traumhafter Umgebung haben uns sehr begeistert. Wir wurden der Flugzeit entsprechend eher und super freundlich am Haus empfangen. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp funktionierte reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus bietet unvergessliche Ausblicke über das Meer, eine wunderschöne Poolanlage, bequeme Betten und eine moderne Einrichtung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt u freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch ganz im Westen Madeiras. Vielen lieben Dank!

Area is peaceful, quiet and a great base for exploring the west side of Madeira. The hosts are amazing and really made us feel welcome!
