of Funchal downtown and its many points of interest. The park Santa
Catarina is a short 800 meters walking distance and the Municipal

seafront a 1.4 km walk.
Palheiro Golf Course is only a 20 minute drive and the airport 30
minutes away.

The advertised prices are based on a 2-person
occupancy.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or
the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to
arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€, payable by credit card before
arrival
The minimum stay is 05 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7
days before your arrival.
The entrance code will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
A Tourist Tax is payable by all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or
over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per
person. This will charged by credit card prior to your arrival.
