Refurbished and extended from an old stone cottage, it features such luxuries as en-suite shower-rooms, a high-tech kitchen with built-in wine chiller, smart TV with a Netflix account for guest's use and a separate games/leisure room, allowing guests to experience the great lifestyle that its name implies.
The open-plan living area with seating area, dining area and open-plan kitchen features large sliding glass doors, turning it into an inside/outside space that extends to the front terrace and al-fresco eating area that winds around to the side and the built-in barbecue. Terraced lawns lead down to the to the large pool and surrounding deck with sunbeds and sun-umbrellas.
Family time can be also enjoyed in the leisure/games room with table football, Playstation 4 and table and chairs for table games.
The three bedrooms occupy the part of the house that was the old cottage; two are on the first floor and feature en-suite shower rooms, and the other is on the ground floor and has an adjoining family bathroom.
